HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
» Read the return conditions below or in the Terms and Conditions.
» Download the >>FORM<< of the return, which should be attached to the shipment (click on the word "form" to download the document).
» Complete the document legibly and sign in the designated place.
» Attach a receipt to the package or, if lost, a confirmation of the transfer for the order.
» To protect the environment, use the brown protective cardboard in which you received the products.
WHAT ARE THE BASIC RETURN CONDITIONS?
» The deadline for making a return is 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
» The product must be in original condition with no signs of use. Panties cannot be tried on a naked body and underwear cannot be washed.
» The cost of returning the product to the Store is covered by the Consumer.
» We do not accept cash on delivery.
FAQ ABOUT RETURNS:
» Can I return only part of the order?
Yes, we accept partial returns. The exception are products offered in sets, such as pajamas or limited sets.
» I bought a belt/corset with garters but I want to return only the belt/corset and keep the garters. Can I do that?
No, belts and corsets purchased in the garter version are one inseparable product and must be returned together. The exception are garters from the "self-supporting garters" category, which are treated as a separate product.
» How quickly will I receive my refund?
We refund the money within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
» How will I receive a refund?
Refunds are made using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
» What type of shipment should I choose to send the product back?
To avoid losing your parcel, please send registered parcels - registered letters, postal parcels or courier parcels.
» How to return more than one order?
You can place the products in one shipment, but fill out a separate return form for each order.
